In the skin, retinol promotes cell renewal and increased produ...view more Nano Retinol Solution is the nanostructured Retinyl palmitate, an ester derived from vitamin A that, in contact with enzymes present in the skin, is converted to its active form, the retinol. In the skin, retinol promotes cell renewal and increased production of collagen and elastin fibers. With this, it contributes to improving the elasticity and firmness of the skin, softening lines, and wrinkles of expression. These advantages are combined with the lightening effect of retinol caused by the inhibition of the enzyme tyrosinase in the skin, which is responsible for the production of melanin. However, because it is a highly hydrophobic and easily degradable active, much of it is not able to reach the target regions on the skin where it is most demanded if it is applied in its free form. The incorporation of retinyl palmitate into the nanoparticles not only protects the active from degradation, prolonging the effect but also facilitates its permeation to the deeper layers of the skin, where it can act more effectively. Nano Retinol Solution has proven efficacy for skin firmness, stimulation of cell renewal, and skin lightening due to the inhibition of tyrosinase. view less
