PMMA-H 8204 Porous Spheres is a Polymethyl Methacrylate with spherical particles of a porous nature, approximately 6.5 - 10.5 microns in diameter. By itself, PMMA-H provides texture to products that are to be applied to the skin. It may also be used as a carrier to deliver active materials. This can be done by incorporating the active ingredient onto the porous surface of the PMMA, which is then added to the cosmetic formulation.
