It is useful in building surfactant cleansing formulations such as shampoos, body washes, liquid soaps, facial cleansers and especially sulfate-free systems. Neutralized dispersions of Synthalen® W600 are clear and characterized by high yield value and pseudoplastic behavior. In surfactant formulations it begins to build viscosity at lower pH depending on surfactant chemistry, concentration and array. Compatible with most surfactant groups with exception of cationics. view less
