It is designed for water-based- and solvent-based coatings. It is a white, non-refractive grade used in protective coating systems. It is generically identified as zinc phosphate-dihydrate. It exhibits a narrow particle size distribution. It has a high degree of versatility. HALOX® Zinc Phosphate is recommended for most high-performance resin systems such as vinyl, chlorinated rubbers, and epoxies. It is also used in high acid value resins, catalyzed baking systems, and vinylidene chloride latexes. It is also recommended for thin-film applications (1 mil or 25 microns). It is compliant with ASTM D6280-98 specification for zinc phosphate pigment type I. The dosage level is 5-15% based on the total formula weight. It has a shelf life of 36 months. Vea Menos Request Sample
HALOX® SZP-391 ICL Phosphate Specialty HALOX® SZP-391 by ICL is a non-refractive, most efficient, and versatile corrosion-inhibiting pigment designed for long-term corrosion protection of coatings systems. It is a blend of strontium and zinc phosphosilicates. It is recommended for solvent-based epoxies, epoxy esters, polyurethanes, short-, medium- & long oil alkyds (both traditional and high solids), polyesters, and silicones. It is suitable for water-based epoxies, polyurethanes, polyurethane dispersions, water-reducible alkyds, alkyd dispersions, chlorinated...Vea Mas HALOX® SZP-391 by ICL is a non-refractive, most efficient, and versatile corrosion-inhibiting pigment designed for long-term corrosion protection of coatings systems. The fine particle size and low oil absorption of HALOX® SZP-391 make it the pigment of choice in thin film applications (<1 mil or 25 microns). The dosage level is 2-5% based on total formula weight in many water-based systems and 3-7% based on total formula weight in traditional solvent-based coatings. It has a shelf life of 36 months. Vea Menos Request Sample
HALOX® SZP-391 JM ICL Phosphate Specialty HALOX® SZP-391 JM by ICL is a non-refractive, most efficient, and versatile corrosion inhibitive pigment designed for long-term corrosion protection. It is used in protective coating systems. It is a jet-milled version of HALOX® SZP-391. It contains the same proprietary blend of strontium and zinc phosphosilicates as HALOX® SZP-391 at reduced particle size. It provides easy dispersion, cleaner grinds and improved efficiency. It is recommended for water- & solvent-based epoxies, epoxy esters, polyurethanes, short-, medium- & long oil alkyds (both traditional and high solids), polyurethane- & alkyd dispersions, water-reducible alkyds, chlorinated...Vea Mas HALOX® SZP-391 JM by ICL is a non-refractive, most efficient, and versatile corrosion inhibitive pigment designed for long-term corrosion protection.
