This product improves freshness, appeal and yield. For all cooked sausage products (sliced, franks), liver sausage, breakfast sausage and for all types of cured meats. It contains E 326 L(+) potassium lactate in water solution and increases shelf life by up to 50%. Use this product at a ratio of 2-4%, depending on the required extra shelf-life.
