Organic Agave Syrup AL40

Documents

Organic Agave Syrup AL40 (76127, 76128, 76129) is a sweet syrup that is obtained by extracting, purifying, and hydrolyzing the naturally occurring carbohydrates found in the Blue Agave plant. Enzymes are used to convert much of the Fructose in the syrup into Allulose, which is an undigestible carbohydrate. This gives the syrup lower levels of declared sugars and calories. It has 40% less sugar and 40% fewer calories than our standard organic agave syrup.
