Liquid Egg White Plus is an egg product that is pasteurized and chilled with a stable and resistant whipping. This is a 1 kg product that contains 30 average–sized (ca.58g) egg whites. Liquid Egg White Plus is used in culinary and pastry applications. This product is packaged using an aseptic polyethylene bag with a cork in carton box with the net weight at 10 kg. The product must be stored at 0 degrees to 4 degrees Celsius. Liquid Egg White Plus is different from the other Liquid Egg products by being made of all egg whites and has a shelf life of 30 days.
